We submit our best: We present our top three candidates for your consideration, and you decide if you would like to meet with them in person.
You conduct the interview: You meet our great candidates face-to-face, and we will assist with any follow-up questions and schedule additional meetings, if necessary.
You select a candidate, we take care of the rest: Once you select a candidate, we will take ownership of all HR paperwork, testing and other requirements in order to make the on-boarding process as easy as possible.
We never stop supporting you: Even after we place our contractors, we continue to be an asset to both you and our candidate. Our Account Managers will contact you to gauge your feedback and our candidate’s progress and will help you stay one step ahead of your staffing needs.
