Paladin is now hiring for a Regional Marketing Manager to join a reputable client of ours in the Phoenix, Arizona area. The Regional Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director, Regional Leadership team members and Business Development on various projects including proposal packages, collateral materials for events and tradeshows, graphic design, advertising, public relations, writing, data organization, research, and overall branding and positioning. Strong writing skills are a MUST as the Regional Marketing Manager will lead writing efforts across all channels – print, web/digital, social, blogs, PR, etc.

 
Additional responsibilities of the Regional Marketing Manager include:

  • Help develop and execute the regional marketing plan, from initial strategy to creative execution.
  • Create and manage the development of proposals bios, company product and service offerings to effectively communicate unique stance with goal to win new business.
  • Manage the development of marketing and communications copy, customer awareness, direct mail, and education programs (Trade Shows) as directed which support and sell the organization’s capabilities and services.
  • Update and maintain CRM database; pull reports via database on campaigns to show performance, metrics, ROI, etc.
  • Research competitors and industry trends and compile in report to present to departmental managers and C-Level Executives.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 4+ years of proposal writing/coordination/research in the A/E/C industry.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, editing, and process documentation skills.
  • Experience in a complex business as an active participant in driving growth and change; demonstrated effectiveness in driving operations and executing plans.
  • Ability to multi-task and take on a high volume of projects and deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign.
