Paladin is recruiting to fill a direct hire Marketing Proposal Coordinator position in the North Dallas area with a client in the A/E/C industry! The ideal candidate will have at least two years of proposal writing and general marketing experience.

 

**MUST have A/E/C industry experience to be considered for this opportunity**

 

Job Duties:

Support marketing strategy development

Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure deadlines are met

Assist in preparation of marketing collateral

Manage social media accounts

Responsible for the presentation, development, and submittals of RFPs and proposals

 

Qualifications:

Proficient with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Excel

RFPs and proposal writing is a MUST

Experience with social media and email marketing campaigns

Basic design skills

Proven project management and account management skills

Must be able to submit relevant samples upon request 

 

Experience:

2-4 years of relevant proposal writing and marketing experience

A/E/C industry experience required

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

 

Skills:

Excellent organizational skills

Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter who can work independently
