Paladin is partnering with a client to recruit a Sr. Digital Content Specialist in Austin, TX! In this role, you will be responsible for managing web properties from a content and design perspective, support day to day maintenance needs of customer facing applications and will be the brand voice across all email communication, and website content. Requirements:

  • Proficient in content writing
  • Experience with marketing strategy as well as execution experience with B2B and B2C
  • Manage maintenance requests such as publication, routing of web, responses to status updates and quick deployment
  • Manage all web projects in collaboration with stakeholders, web developers, administrators, and designers
  • Create content for email, website, landing pages, and other digital materials
  • Build pages and websites that align with project requirements
  • Work side by side with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies to create content for web and externally  
  • Assist in all marketing efforts
  • Keep a consistent brand voice across all digital channels
  • Execute regular reviews of web content to confirm accuracy
  • Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a digital content role or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or similar degree
  • Proficient copywriting skills as well as superb verbal and communication skills
  • Must be proficient in website content management systems and basic HTML, email marketing software, and social media management tools
  • Knowledge of search optimization engine (SEO), social media-based concepts, navigation, usability, QA testing, and metrics/reporting systems
  • Be able to support external applications and manage project timelines
  • Develop web standards and brand strategy for digital channels
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-through and project management skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to all employees, vendors, and company contacts
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a big plus
