Paladin is seeking a Video Engineer/Project Coordinator for a temporary assignment to assist with managing and collecting digital content. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, organized, and comfortable being client facing and working. Please see below for additional responsibilities and qualifications needed for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring video content is collected, edited, submitted, and processed in a timely manner.
  • Work with the video engineering team to review priorities and ensure on-time delivery
  • Create and support Client Services Lead service
  • Ensure video audio, captions, captions, and labels are properly checked and archived
  • Provide clear feedback and recommendations to labels and their content providers
  • Update teams KPIs in the software system
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional skills working in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience working with software(s) Slack, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere
  • Experience in MacCaption preferred
  • Experience with Content Management and Workflow tracking/ ticketing systems
  • A passion for the entertainment industry
  • A strong understanding of video operations, technical software, and digital servicing compliance
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

 

Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital supply chain and customer service
  • Relevant College Degree or related experience
