Paladin is partnered to fin a Programmatic Account Director, who plays an essential role in expanding the programmatic digital business by growing revenue with existing clients and identifying new advertising prospects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with agencies, clients, traders, DSP's, and others with programmatic advertising budgets.
  • Sell Private Market Place and Programmatic Guaranteed deals and represent other company assets.
  • Work with the direct sales team to secure programmatic revenue that has traditionally come from IO's.
  • Promote company programmatic strategy and be the group's subject matter expert and internal consultant.
  • Serve as client team lead for assigned accounts for all audience-centric and addressable channels
  • Comfortable owning and communicating directly with clients on questions/concerns and specific media initiatives
  • Meet or exceed quarterly programmatic revenue goals.
  • Own monthly forecasting exercises for senior management and provide oversight in revenue driving opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with internal teams - Media, Account, Ad Ops, and Analytics.
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience in programmatic ad sales, specifically PMP and PG deals.
  • Prior in-platform programmatic and social experience within DSPs, DMPs, and self-serve social ad platforms; and in-depth knowledge of brand safety, ad serving, data partnerships, 3rd party vendors, etc.
  • Experience with online media sales and ad-tech and knowledge of different data types.
  • Programmatic expertise and digital industry knowledge.
  • Preference for those with agency network and connections.
  • A consultative approach and you enjoy the thrill of winning new business.
