Your primary responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will be:

  • Prospecting for new business
  • Formal business presentations
  • Contract and fee negotiations
  • Professional networking
  • Customer service
  • Contact, recruit and interview candidates for temporary roles in the Human Resources, Supply Chain and Logistics and Non-Clinical Health Care arenas
  • Create candidate profiles in order to successfully match candidates to the client orders 
  • Coordinate in-office and off-site interviews and appointments
  • Run background checks and drug screenings for candidates
  • Assist candidates in fulfilling their full career potential

 

You are qualified if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain long-standing, meaningful relationships with hiring managers and leadership across many industries and environments
  • Competitive drive, strong work ethic and high sense of urgency
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability
  • Microsoft Word and Excel and general PC proficiency
