Paladin is actively recruiting a Social Media Specialist to join a Scottsdale, AZ based client. As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be driving conversations throughout all social media channels for multiple brands and accounts to increase web traffic and brand awareness. This role will collaborate with marketing and creative departments, both internally as well as with international offices and teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving, strong communication skills, and incredibly organized. As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be tasked with the following:

  • Social Media strategy and coming up with process and procedures, as well as corporate social guidelines
  • Creating and managing a social media content calendar
  • Ensure proper online messaging and relevancy, while maintaining consistency of messages across multiple networks
  • Generating content and working collaboratively with copywriter to create content that is meant to engage customers and manage communities on ongoing basis
  • Pull insights and report on social media activity and campaign/promotions to ensure effective content
  • Monitor online reputation and brand sentiment
  • Create SEO optimized content for social posts, blogs, etc.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement content strategy that promotes brand voice and consistent message

For this Social Media Specialist position, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in social media strategy and tactics working with a marketing team in-house or agency
  • At least 1 year of project management experience
  • Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, SnapChat, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other platforms as they emerge on the market
