Social Media Specialist

Paladin is working with a repeat client located in Mahwah, NJ that is looking to add a Temp to Perm Social Media Specialist to their team. Experience with Community Management and Influencers is a must!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Marketing to create campaigns across Social Media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest
  • Create a regular social media publishing schedule and implement a content calendar to plan timely marketing campaigns
  • Continuously improve social media pages by analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Responsible for Community Management- Monitor the company’s social media accounts and engage/respond to fans and potential customers
  • Launch and maintain influencer campaigns to effectively promote the company
  • Oversee branded partnerships
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 1+ years’ experience in social media management
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience building a large-scale social media following
  • Experience with community management
  • Experience working with influencers
  • Comfortable with personally representing the brand on Social Media platforms
  • Stays in the now with social trends
  • Passion for cooking is a plus
