Paladin is looking to fill a direct hire Social Media Manager position for a highly respected agency in Dallas, TX. This job is hybrid.

 

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience of marketing agency social media experience of consumer facing brand. This position is designed to focus on social clients, but will overlap with other digital marketing channels to create well-rounded strategies for clients

 

Responsibilities

  • Creation and ongoing refinement of overarching strategy including development of specific plans to support business goals.
  • Ensure ongoing page growth including followers, fans and engagement.
  • Oversee development of monthly content calendar in coordination with the account and creative teams, including strategic and creative direction.
  • Monitor trends to ensure relevance of client content.
  • Develop best practices for ongoing page/fan/follower engagement including response to comments and DMs, overseeing team members and interns executing these tasks.
  • Oversee the development of weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual social media analyses and performance reviews.
  • Serve as the Client’s primary point of contact for all social media needs.
  • Stay up to speed on industry best practices and serve as the agency’s social media thought leader.
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing agency profitability per client and per department.
  • Work side by side with the media team on pitching clients and new business leads on paid social media ads campaigns, including the development of timelines, budgets and projected results.
  • Develop social ad strategies including funnels, personas, ad creative direction, etc.
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Have experience with SEM, SEO, Affiliate Marketing
  • Proven experience developing social media strategies and driving channel growth.
  • First-hand experience with social media channels including (but not limited to) Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
  • Experience/understanding in multi-location and franchise social networks.
  • First-hand experience with social media management tools such as Sprout, HeyOrca, Hootsuite, etc.
  • Experience in any of the following: QSR, convenience store, franchise networks, financial and/or health care industries is a plus.
