Paladin is recruiting for a full-time Social Media/Community Manager in Santa Monica, CA.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating content and creating a weekly social media post schedule across their social media channels. You will also be responsible for social media copy writing and creating customized messages to match audience(s). Overall, the ideal candidate must be able to implement the company’s social media strategy- which is to provide informative posts educating followers about the brand while having fun! In addition, you must stay on track with KPIs to increase online presence and increase overall sales efforts.
An ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of the digital marketing world and actively be engaged on all major social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter. You must have excellent communication skills and put the company’s brand and interest first. You should love contests, selecting winners, and following up with packages full of free product(s) and love!
The person in this role will receive a course into customer service in order to learn the essentials to keeping customers happy.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Publicity, Advertising, or Marketing (but not as a content creator, graphic designer, and/or talent) may be considered for this position. The ideal candidate should have significant experience on the business part of the marketing spectrum.
This position will need to be in the office 4-5 days a week after the training period. Remote work is possible, but will be limited to 2-3 days per week. DO NOT apply if you live outside of CA.
