One of our clients in the health and wellness space is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their growing marketing team. You will grow followers and work to engage and retain them but also help convert them into leads and build the customer base.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in social media strategy, content development and implementing engagement campaigns. You should also have a firm grasp of best practices and trends in the social media field. 


  • Provide strategic thought leadership to cross-functional teams and ensure that all social media efforts are coherent and align with the company goals.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement on all social channels including taking part in real-time conversation management.
  • Monitor the social media and competitive landscape and identify key trends and developments.
  • Define the conversation strategy and content calendar.
  • Define strategy to deliver exclusive and compelling deals to fans and followers.
  • Work Experience & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field
  • Must have experience leading social media for a B2C brand (preferably a lifestyle brand)
  • Must have experience working with internal/external content teams and partners to produce lifestyle content
  • Marketing copywriting and social media experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
