Paladin is looking to fill a direct hire Social Media Marketing Coordinator opportunity in Dallas, TX with a fun and highly respected client in the retail industry! The ideal candidate will have at least one year of professional experience with social media marketing, content writing, and data analysis.


**Prior agency experience is highly preferred!



  • Experience developing content calendars and scheduling social media posts
  • Proficient in Sprinklr or similar scheduling platform
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong writing background
  • Experience pulling monthly reports and analyzing data
  • Must be able to present samples upon request


  • 1 – 3 years of social media marketing and copywriting experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field
