Our consumer goods client is looking to add a Social Media Community Manager to their newly created Social Media Team.  This teammate will be responsible for being the company’s social media voice and produce on-brand content, grow awareness, drive user engagement, and establish a digital community for the brand. You will have to coordinate social media content schedules, execute campaigns, monitor, track, and analyze across all social media platforms.

Duties:

  • Manage the day-to-day social community with regular engagement, responding to questions and comments, fostering digital relationships, and creating on brand captions and responses across all major channels.
  • Schedule social media post
  • Gather and monitor user generated content in real time.
  • Be aware and ahead of community trends.
  • Assist in driving brand awareness, engagement and loyalty
  • Background:

  • 2+ years of digital experience
  • Experience will all social media platforms and practices
  • Experience with Adobe CC & Sprout Social
  • Strong social media copy experience
  • Passion for social media and brand loyalty
  • Previous experience with wellness, beauty, fashion, entertainment, or agency a plus.
