Paladin has partnered with a boutique in-house agency in South Austin who is looking for a PPC Manager. In this role, you will own all paid search and paid social efforts for the agency. This role will not only be strategic but executional as well. You’ll be provided the opportunity to work directly with the CMO and owner of the agency to provide insight on all campaigns including auditing, analytics, and reporting.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute on SEM marketing projects across multiple verticals with a highly collaborative, fast-paced ‘traditional’ marketing team
  • Conduct deep daily analysis to determine paid search effectiveness, identify opportunities, and execute upon them
  • Audit and QA campaign build-outs, settings, and structures to ensure nothing slipped through the cracks. Attention to detail is critical
  • Provide regular reporting (weekly, monthly) and performance updates to communicate successes, inconsistencies, under?performance, or any other campaign-related metrics

 

Requirements:

  • BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Public Relations strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital paid search (paid social and display a bonus)
  • Expertise in Google Adwords, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads
  • Expertise in statistical analysis using A/B testing or multivariate methods
