Paladin has partnered with a Lynnwood, WA consumer goods company to recruit a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client is one of the companies that has successfully pivoted and grown in 2020, and you'll be responsible for supporting their continued growth and scaling efforts across social, paid search, display and shopping channels. You will drive ad performance to meet revenue targets for new and existing customer bases. You will dive into the company's analytics to identify opportunities for growth and will own the organization's paid search efforts. You will also oversee direct response programs across all channels, including display ads, social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and display ads, and will be the subject matter expert for exploring new channels. To be a fit, you should bring 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing and/or paid search position, with experience working directly with consumer products. A blend of agency and corporate experience will make you a stand-out candidate! 

This is a direct hire opportunity and perks abound! This is a growing organization with a product range for all consumer audiences. The compensation range ranges between $85,000 and $100,000 annually with a highly competitive benefits plan, including PTO and personal time, medical/dental/vision coverage and 401(K) options. You will interview and start remotely, with the goal of returning to the office part-time over the next year and the intention of attending a few brief trainings in the office to start, so you should be local to the Seattle area.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Owning paid search marketing efforts, including maintaining and executing all facets of the paid search and performance marketing program
  • Developing advertising campaigns across paid media platforms, including Google, Bing and social channels (primarily Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest)
  • Working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are on-deadline, on-budget and align with other marketing campaigns
  • Managing spend and campaign performance on a daily basis
  • Partnering with all internal cross-functional teams to develop and maintain expert-level product knowledge
  • Providing general marketing expertise to drive successful campaigns, including overseeing SEO and keyword optimization, landing page, product and ad copywriting and bid optimization
  • Supporting the organization in other marketing and operation programming, as needed
  • Your profile should include:

  • A minimum of 3+ years in a performance marketing and paid search position
  • Experience in the consumer products industry, ideally working on luxury goods product lines
  • A blend of corporate and agency experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred 
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Google Ads and Analytics, Bing Ads, social media ads and project management tools (Slack, Trello, etc.)
