Paladin has partnered with a client in the e-learning space on their search for a Digital Marketing expert in the Paid/SEM space. The ideal candidate will be data-driven and has owned PPC and digital channels such as display, social, search, etc. in prior roles. With a fast-track to growth, we are looking for a self-starter that's not afraid to be "in the weeds."
Responsibilities
Hands-on daily management and analysis of SEM accounts (Google, Bing, Facebook, etc.)
Provide data-driven recommendations to scale paid search marketing channels efficiently
Demonstrate strong analytical skills in measuring and reporting on marketing programs and KPIs
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
4+ year of digital marketing/media experience
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and how they pertain to the success of marketing initiatives
Relentlessly deliver business value. Self-starter able to manage and prioritize own time
