Paladin has partnered with a Fremont, CA SaaS leader in the financial space to recruit a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This company has been growing like crazy, and they have big goals moving forward. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's positioning and sales enablement efforts in the competitive FinTech space. You will create data-informed marketing materials, campaigns and other relevant work to differentiate the company's product suite. As a senior member of the team, you will function as a lead on the team, taking a more strategic position and working with marketing and sales teams to provide training on how to best utilize these marketing resources. To be a fit, you should bring 5+ years of SaaS product marketing experience. Experience in the financial services and/or FinTech world is highly preferred. Additional education or relevant experience will be appreciated by this team. 

This a permanent hire that comes with a highly competitive compensation and benefits plan. Salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, with some potential for flexibility for the right candidate. While this team is based in the Bay Area, they are open to exploring remote candidates on a PST schedule. When it is safe, remote employees will be asked to travel to California for a few days monthly. You will:

  • Partner with cross-functional and leadership teams to scope and create collateral to ensure product line is differentiated and scalable in a competitive market
  • Dive deep into customer data, analytics, insights and patterns internally and externally to brainstorm solutions that drive market and client growth 
  • Lead and implement go-to-market strategy for new products
  • Consistently partner with internal teams to maintain a database of templates and sales collateral, including presentations, positioning documents, and other relevant materials
  • Work closely with sales team to provide insights and trainings to staff, emphasizing brand initiatives, positioning and messaging
  • Your experience should include:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in the SaaS space; Experience in FinTech or other financial services organizations, highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA highly preferred
  • In-depth understanding of marketing a suite of software and technical products, including working with cross-functional teams (specifically sales, engineering and executive level)
  • Strong writing skill with the ability to scope projects and content for new products, features and existing campaigns
  • Experience as a "senior", highly preferred; Passion for collaboration, team work and mentorship
