We are hiring for a fully remote Product Manager position with our medical technology client in Portland, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for creating product plans and working cross-functionally to articulate product strategy, vision, design and development for new products. You will also maintain and oversee current products within this team. You'll manage concept-to-completion product lifecycle and will play a critical role in product go-live and setup. To be a fit, you should have 5+ years of product management and product marketing experience, including strategic work in roadmapping, budget and pricing, positioning and product design. Our client is almost exclusively B2C, so qualified candidates must understand B2C digital product management and must have experience in healthcare, medical technology or similar paralell healthcare field. Preference will be given to those with SaaS, tech and/or startup experience. Pay ranges from $40 to $50 an hour, and this position is set to last 5+ months. This company invests heavily into their culture and values team work and collaboration. You'll be set up for success with a laptop and relevant software tools.

You will:

  • Oversee the product roadmapping process, including defining the deliverables into discrete commitments 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver on product and business needs
  • Create and produce product requirements with strong understanding of target markets and end users
  • Communicate needs and expectations from various internal teams (sales, marketing, design, etc.); Incorporate needs in product plans
  • Handle a variety of other relevant projects, as needed
  • Your experience should include:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry; Experience in SaaS, startup or similar environments, highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience creating successful products based on a balance of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Experience managing complex products through the product development lifecycle, including experience prioritizing features based on needs
  • Experience analyzing and presenting product data and testing results to colleagues and executives
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
  • Understanding of web design/development concepts and processes, and industry best practices for ecommerce, if applicable to role.
