Product Marketing Manager

Paladin Atlanta is partnering with a Food & Beverage company to hire a new Product Marketing Manager

 

About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will oversee activities that contribute to market growth for new and existing products within the company. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimizing marketing initiatives through cross departmental initiatives with Product Development, Design and Sales teams. The successful Product Marketing Manager will utilize gross margin analytics along with innovative marketing techniques to advise on strategy, implementation and improvement for product revenue growth.

 

Required Experience and Education

  • 35 years professional experience product marketing management for a food & beverage company (it’s ok if some or all that time includes contract or project work!)
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing and gross margin data
  • Experience managing process flows in a food and beverage manufacturing setting to ensure portfolio success for individual products
  • Ability to work crossdepartmentally to ensure efficiencies in timelines, budgets and performances of product stages and initiatives
  • Ability to market in a B2B capacity while keeping in mind the B2C end user and bring valuable insights to entire B2B2C marketing cycle
  • Understand and develop profile of the customer’s voice and ensure it is being fully utilized in marketing collateral
  • Ability to collaborate on goto-market launches of new products and solutions, assisting in the management of the cross-functional implementation of the plan.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field
  • Preferred Experience and Education

  • MBA preferred
  • Working Knowledge of SAP
  • Compensation

  • $65,000 $75,000
  • Full coverage and payment for employee’s Health, Vision, Dental (additional cost to add family members)
