Marketing Specialist


Paladin is seeking a Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of experience for a position at a fast-growing company. This person will be managing media relations, ensuring consistent messaging across channels, and overseeing new product launches.





  • Manage and oversee messaging across all marketing channels including, social media, digital, print, radio, forums, website, and Amazon
  • Write website and new product copy, titles, descriptions, features, benefits, and FAQ
  • Manage the look and feel of the brand across all platforms. Website, Showroom, E-mail, video content, graphic design, Amazon, wholesale, B to B, dealers and affiliates


  • Manage and oversee new product launch checklist including but not limited to images, print, copy, video, social media, press outreach, forum interaction, wholesale, PPC, media kits, e-mail, catalog, Amazon, live launch events and press releases
  • Develop and manage product marketing campaigns from concept to execution to ROI measurement.
  • Report project milestones and participate in monthly management meetings to report on results and new product launch and growth strategies
  • Develop additional tools and best practices to manage the execution of marketing programs/projects


  • Write video scripts for videographer following a specific template for consistent messaging
  • Coordinate and attend photo and video shoots


  • Write new product press releases and distribute to media partners
  • Reach out to and build relationships with publication media contacts, online influencers and product reviewers
  • Coordinate the shipment of product samples to media outlets for reviews and editorial consideration
  • Identify and engage social media influencers and brand ambassadors



  • 3+ years marketing experience, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with media partners and writing press releases, preferably with existing media contacts
  • Solution-oriented problem solver
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of projects
  • Willingness to travel to 6-8 tradeshows per year, some on weekends/evenings
