Paladin is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant, with 2 or more years of experience. This is a full-time opportunity at an eCommerce company in the Los Angeles area. This is a great direct hire role that offers the opportunity to grow within a marketing team. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the marketing team to Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
  • Manages internal and external communication efforts
  • Assist the marketing team to design and create marketing, advertising and communications materials, and proposals
  • Assist in the organizing of Showroom and tradeshow events and digital campaigns to promote their event success.
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in event coordination, product development and marketing communications role, preferably in a consumer goods related industry
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Excel (understand V-Look ups)
  • Knowledge of project management software preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred
