Paladin is seeking an Intermediate Traffic Coordinator that has experience working within a creative services department or ad agency in the Phoenix, AZ market.

 

This is a 6 month contact role to start immediately and must have prior experience in this field. - 40 hours a week.

The ideal person will have experience in facilitating marketing collateral created by a Creative Services team. You will prioritize requests, develop schedules and integrate new work into the production pipeline. You consider yourself organized, detailed oriented and follow processes well.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, track tasks and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project workflow through the creative services team
  • Manages traffic deadlines, creates traffic instructions, and ensures delivery of materials and
  • Manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and ability to work in a fast paced environment


Skills:

  • Must be proficient with MS Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Must be a detail-oriented, multitasking self-starter
  • Manage urgent deadlines and multi-tasking in an ever-changing environment, with a positive, diplomatic, can-do attitude

    Qualifications
    BA/BS degree from a four-year college preferred in marketing or communications
           2+ years’ experience in a similar role
