Paladin is proactively recruiting for Marketing Specialists looking for freelance/temporary opportunities in the Phoenix, Arizona area This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to grow in their career and learn from a creative marketing team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of content creation, social media, and email marketing experience. Must have a strong writing background and be able to provide writing samples upon request.


We are looking for these qualifications from our Marketing Specialist candidates:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or related field (or in progress)
  • OR at least 1+ years of experience working in corporate marketing department or agency setting (internships are great experience too!)
  • Familiarity with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Excellent organization and communication skills while working on multiple projects at once
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategy and tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office assistance (answering phones, assisting with travel arrangements, invoices, etc.)
