Paladin is hiring for a Retail Marketing Operations Manager in the Milwaukee, WI area for one of our marketing and operations clients. The ideal candidate will be a proven, marketing leader, solution-oriented, innovative thinker, with demonstrated results executing B2B initiatives. This role will increase engagement and create brand awareness and excitement for client’s key initiatives. Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred
  • Retail/Partner network and communication experience required
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a progressive marketing role, including managing direct reports.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with the Sales team that manages client partners understand their business needs and growth objectives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client partners and end consumer – both B2B and B2C.
  • Create and implement marketing initiatives that will support client partners and increase value
  • Manage the planning and execution of client partner marketing portal and system.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
  • Determine and track key performance metrics to ensure all marketing programs are performing as expected and/or need adjustment for improvement.
  • Build and maintain professional and positive relationships with internal teams, client partners and partner agencies.
  • Provide oversight and support market research and analysis of data for future market plans and reports.
  • Develop, grow, and lead a high-performing marketing team to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Provide oversight and management of marketing budgets and spend
  • Management of partner agencies.
  • Skills:

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret conclusions and make informed recommendations.
  • Ability to manage various projects simultaneously while maintaining high productivity and quality.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Analytics and presentation software.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unbounce, and Trello desired, but not required.
