Paladin is working with a client in the New York City to find a Performance Marketing Manager. This person will analyze, create and implement testing and strategy to improve ROI, optimize spending and maximize results. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend; identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results
  • Perform ongoing management of campaign performance, campaign delivery, and campaign profitability
  • Monitor and analyze reporting, developing actionable insights and making recommendations to leadership and cross functional teams
  • Support integrated campaigns with innovative approaches to direct response and brand awareness advertising
  • Evaluate market trends and compile detailed competitor analysis (marketing tactics, offers, positioning, pricing, etc) and creative audits (marketing campaigns, landing pages, etc) to inform strategy and testing
  • Manage social media advertising using performance goals that drive new user adoption
  • Deeply understand customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage of their lifecycle
  • Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
  • Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance
  • Communicate weekly updates, progress reports, timelines, and results
  •  

     Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing AdWords, Bing Ads, retargeting, Display, programmatic/RTB, Google Analytics and Optimizely
  • 2+ years of experience managing marketing and design teams
  • Demonstrated experience applying qualitative and quantitative insights surrounding motivations, behavior, and needs to successful integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of increasing online acquisitions through path design and campaign management
  • Experience acquiring leads and customers
  • Experience with ad networks including those for display, native, direct and programmatic buys
  • Experience with SEM campaigns regarding services for small business owners 
  •
