Paladin has partnered with a consulting firm to add a Marketing Manager, Healthcare to the team.  The office is located in a Northern suburb of Illinois, accessible by public transit.  This is an internal corporate Marketing role, responsible for the development and execution of the integrated marketing and communications strategies and plans, to drive awareness and demand for the firm’s offerings to the Healthcare industry. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand the business objectives of the firm and their target audience - needs, market trends and the competitive landscape
  • Deliver go-to-market plans to grow and support the business, including building target audiences, effective messaging and content architecture
  • Provide thought leadership on measuring campaign performance and course-correct campaign execution
  • Work cross functionally across functions such as Account-based Marketing, Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content Operations and Corporate Communications
  • Provide high-impact marketing strategies for new offering launches
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams tasked with creating effective content for Web sites, social media, integrated campaigns and sales enablement
  • Formalize processes, measurement tools and reporting structure to support the team’s goals
  • Manage the hiring, development and retention of industry marketing talent
 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Global Pharma/Healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Working experience with complex marketing budgets, analytics, financial analysis, measurements and dashboards
  • Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders
  • People management, including the ability to build and grow a team and work with diverse skill sets and backgrounds
  • Strong skills in Portfolio Marketing, messaging and positioning offerings
  • Experience with content strategy and developing thought leadership to enhance a company’s reputation in terms of expertise and innovation
  • BA or BS required; MBA a plus
