Paladin is actively recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator with strong skills in Graphic Design. This is for a client in the
Real Estate industry in Phoenix, AZ. This position is M-F, Full-Time with Benefits.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience, but exceptional recent college graduates will also be considered.

We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing several projects for a variety of external clients while also working collaboratively with the internal team to create energetic and insightful marketing campaigns that achieve client objectives.   • Support individuals within the company with their creative needs including: graphic design for flyers, brochures and property marketing, develop maps and include aerial imagery, also provide requested research.
  • Support sales driven activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Photoshop, Indesign and/or Illustrator to create and input images into templates for presentations, flyers, brochures, proposals and other marketing materials
  • Provide administrative support for team including: invoices, legal documents, proposals and executive summaries of properties
  • Must be able to be a strong team member and help when needed including troubleshooting office equipment: printers, fax machines, postage meters and also helping at the front desk and performing shared duties
  • Assist with Special Projects including record keeping, research and design elements  


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field of study is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional office environment
  • Works well in a small team and enjoys interacting with teammates in and outside of work
  • Highest level of Customer Service for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborates and takes direction well, open minded for suggestions to improve work
  • Quick learner for new industry software
  • Experience in Customer Service roles
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite, Google
  • Ability to multi-task, work across multiple teams, and communicate clearly
