Marketing Coordinator

Paladin is looking for a full time Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our client's Marketing/Business Development team on the execution of all marketing initiatives. The position will be tasked with helping identify market trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creative design of corporate marketing materials, social media management and analytics reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify marketing trends
  • Build and deploy email campaigns (verifying copy, links, etc.) and track performance metrics
  • Updating and developing marketing and sales collateral materials and presentations, as needed
  • Grow social presence (Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn)
  • Create, schedule and execute all social content and maintain calendar
  • Monthly analytics reporting
  • Assist sales and business development teams on client presentations and events
  • Maintain website
  • Maintain brand identity through all marketing indicatives
  • Assist with the execution of annual marketing strategy
  • Keep up to date with industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Adobe Creative Suites programs
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Strong knowledge of B2B social media best practices and platforms
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Self-starter that is results oriented
  • Team player that can interact with outside agencies as well as internal cross functional teams
