We are partnering with a Tualatin, OR food and beverage company to recruit a Marketing and Communications Manager to join their team. In this role, you'll serve in a crucial leadership role over all marketing efforts. You'll oversee a small staff in marketing, communications, PR and event planning efforts, fine tuning outbound marketing materials and generally overseeing all marketing programs. This company is in frequent attendance at relevant events and tradeshows, so experience creating tradeshow collateral and attending similar events is required. More than anything, this organization is passionate about their employee and customer-centric culture. You'll be working working onsite, but can expect a consistent traditional 40-hour work week and flexible hours. This is a permanent opportunity, with compensation ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 annually.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all marketing programming, including managing a small (<5) team of marketing professionals focused on digital marketing, content creation and ecommerce
  • Reviewing and editing all marketing collateral, including designs, marketing content, internal and external communications materials, etc.
  • Creating and disseminating internal and external communications materials, including corporate announcements, press releases, blog posts and other content
  • Executing all events and tradeshows, including planning, vendor management, collateral creation and similar duties 
  • Overseeing design and production efforts for high-volume print and catalog materials, including the company's onsite print tools
  • Serving as an integral member of the company's management team, including attending sales and leadership meetings as the head of marketing 
  • Handling other managerial needs and marketing projects, as needed

Your profile should include:
  • 5+ years of blended marketing and communications experience in B2B environments, including 3+ years in management or leadership roles 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage industries or similar
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and email marketing platforms; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
  • Experience elevating marketing efforts abd providing progressive insight into new campaigns and technology
  • Tradeshow and event planning experience, including overseeing planning, execution and attendance as a company representative
  • An outgoing, friendly personality and a progressive view of corporate marketing
