Paladin is growing in Chicago and searching for a new Business Development Manager to join our flagship team downtown in the Loop. We work with a variety of companies and professionals helping them to hire the talent they need within marketing, brand, communications, creative, design, and digital verticals – across industries.
The Business Development Manager is part of the staffing team and collaborates with other account managers and recruiters to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Reports to: Managing Director
Location: downtown Chicago, the Loop
Create relationships with decision makers who work in departments like marketing, digital, creative, communications, product, or brand
Implement account-based marketing plans that engage and grow target accounts within a defined territory, including online and offline activities such as social selling and networking events
Develop and maintain relationships with past and potential clients
Collaborate with colleagues to identify talent solutions and unique service offerings
3+ years in sales or account management
Experience in marketing, digital, communications, or creative strongly preferred
Team player with entrepreneurial spirit
Strong communication, planning, and presentation skills
Thrives in a dynamic environment
