Paladin is actively recruiting on a direct hire Events Coordinator job in Dallas, TX with a client in the professional services industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of corporate event coordination experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience planning large corporate events from start to finish
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience with event management, event strategy, vendor management, budget management, RFPs, contract negotiation, etc.
  • Highly organized and excellent attention-to-details
  • Strong project management skills
  •  

    Experience:

  • 3 – 5 years of corporate event management experience
  • Professional services industry experience required
  •  

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  •
