Marketing Automation Manager

 

 

 

*This role is open to remote candidate located in the continental United States*

 

 

 

Paladin is working with our midsize B2B ad agency client on their search for a remote Email Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience with email marketing tactics, email deployment, KPI development, and CRM ownership. Candidates need to have 4+ years of experience in marketing automation especially with the Marketo platform.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, build, and deploy cross channel communications, campaigns, and nurture programs.
  • Use data to drive appropriate segmentation, deliverability, and ongoing evaluation.
  • Conduct thoughtful A/B multivariate testing to maximize conversion, ROI, and sales growth.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze campaigns, and report finds to both agency teams and clients.
  • Maintain and optimize automation process through CRM and other integrations.
  • Create template for required landing pages and emails keeping brand standards by partnering with UX and Creative teams.
  • Support marketing operations functions in Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, and Act-On. Helping to manage the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, semination, and data cleansing.

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, new media, business administration or related field.
  • Requirements:

  • 4+ years of marketing automation experience in Marketo (absolutely must have), Hubspot (a plus), and Act-On(would be nice to have). Any other marketing automation platforms are not required but preferred. If candidate is Marketo certified it would be extremely useful. Experience with Marketo Revenue Cycle Model/ Revenue Cycle Explorer also highly desirable.
  • Agency or large in-house companies a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SFDC
  • Expert level knowledge of database management and best practices.
  • Comfortable with presenting results to both agency teams and clients.

  • Pay Range:

  • $80-$95k + discretionary bonus
  • Work Hours:

  • Client is located in Chicago – would prefer someone to work either East Coast or Central time zone hours of 8:30am – 6:00pm.
