CRM Manager

Paladin is looking for a *REMOTE* Customer Relationship Management candidate with at least 3 years of experience working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (required!). Our client is a public company with opportunity for growth with headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This role is 100% remote and can sit anywhere in central or eastern time zones.

Responsibilities

Outbound marketing efforts; B2C

Develop and execute outbound customer lifecycle marketing campaigns for both new and existing customers

Analyze data, evaluate, and summarize results; this is to support more tailored and efficient campaigns within aligned brands

Project management experience managing different internal and external stakeholders including aligned Brand Managers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

At least 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo etc.)

Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills

Demonstrated ability to execute multiple and complex marketing programs
