Position overview:  

Paladin is looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager for our amazing client. The senior eCommerce Manager is responsible for managing the product content workflow including copy, images, print and videos from creation to deployment in our Omni channel marketplaces, including online and brick-and-mortar.



  • Lead a team of 7 product marketplace data specialists focused on the product updates and submissions to various Omni channels marketplaces.
  • Ensure product submission meets the specifications of the respective marketplaces.
  • Ensure product submission meets the specifications of the respective marketplaces.
  • Ensure all product submissions and listing are accurate.
  • Onboards new Omni channel marketplaces.
  • Manages repricing tool platform and provides information to senior management.
  • Approves images and reviews content from copywriters.
  • Partners with functional leaders across the organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience directly managing an E-Commerce team.
  • Demonstrated success managing a team that executes e-commerce and third-party marketplace product information.
  • Experience managing large numbers of SKU product submissions and listing updates on multiple channels.
  • Direct experience planning evaluating and executing department objectives through others by staffing, training, coaching, and developing a team of professionals.
  • Ability to communicate, delegate and work on both a managerial and lateral level.
  • Experience in omnichannel deployment in multiple channels.
  • Advanced experience in MS Access and Excel; familiarity with SQL a plus.
  • Knowledge of Seller Cloud, CommerceHub, and Shopify platform required (or something similar).
  • Experience with EDI integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible/adaptable to changes in directions.
  • Result driven.
  • Detail oriented.
