The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for the paid advertising strategy and delivering revenue for the company’s portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate 3+ years’ experience with Ecommerce marketing and a proven ability to manage a large amount of skus and budgets of one million plus.   • Work with cross-functional teams and bring visibility to the paid search spend to ensure marketing campaigns are fully integrated and delivering upon KPIs.
  • Responsible for executing display, search and social spend across various channels such as Amazon, Google and Facebook.
  • Own the strategy and day to day optimizations for a multi-sku complex e-commerce program.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to help keep marketing programs within budget and delivering upon key targets.
  • Manage all reporting and forecasting ensuring that performance analysis, and optimizations are communicated to the team.
  • Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Ecommerce marketing including Google Shopping/Product List Ads and Remarketing
  • Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing Ads certified or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Excel expert including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
  • Excellent quantitative and communication skills.
