Our client a successful consumer goods company is looking to add a Website Manager, eCommerce to their growing digital team. This role will work cross functionally to manage specific aspects of all website business including planning, content, promotions, design, customer service, analytics, and technologies. The Website Manager will also have responsibility for the website’s appearance, content, and interactivity to make sure brand standards are at the highest quality this would include functionality, product descriptions, branding, editorial, graphic quality, architecture, navigation, process, accessibility, and SEO.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee internal team regarding operations, merchandising, and maintenance for all branded sites as well as international sites. 25+ websites in total.
  • Primary point of contact for cross functional partners, while project managing to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test digital initiatives.
  • Development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans.
  • Quality testing of site, content, and usability.
  • Oversee the migration to a new ecommerce platform for all company sites.
  • Identify new areas to grow eCommerce business.
  • Manage all aspects of web analytics.
  • Monitor new and emerging technology and trends to make suggestions to senior leadership.
  • Background Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of eCommerce management experience with a business that D2C and CPG.
  • Previous experience handling large re-platforming website efforts in an agile process method.
  • Extreme experience in SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, PPC, ROI analytics, and email marketing.
  • Proven track record of YoY revenue or traffic growth from a successful CPG company.
  • UX/UI, content planning, and A/B testing preferred.
  • eCommerce subscription experience is a plus.
