We've partnered with a Vancouver, WA manufacturer on their search for an eCommerce Site Specialist for a contract-to-hire role supporting their digital sales, primarily in the B2B space. In this role, you will work with a tight-knit marketing and sales team to own and maintain their eCommerce site. You will serve as the company's eCommerce subject matter expert, owning best practices, running site promotions, updating product listings and collaborating with marketing teams to drive traffic and web sales. You will also support other marketing initiatives, including web content creation and management, catalog support and other projects as needed. To be a fit, you should bring 2+ years of eCommerce experience, ideally supporting corporate sites through Magento or Shopify, and strong Google Analytics skill. This is a contract-to-hire role, with annualized salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience.

You will:

  • Support the development and maintenance of the company's B2B eCommerce platform
  • Serve as project manager for projects relevant to eCommerce and digital marketing, including content creation and optimization, digital promotions, site updates, etc.
  • Own product listings, promotions and other campaigns
  • Analyze eCommerce presence, traffic and performance, reporting to executives and updating as needed
  • Serve as internal eCommerce SME, training other staff on best practices and supporting other business units as needed
  • Your experience should include:

  • 2+ years of eCommerce website management and catalog experience; B2B experience preferred but not required
  • Experience managing corporate (or blended corporate and channel) eCommerce sites using platforms like Magento, Shopify, etc. 
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred (may be substituted for additional relevant experience)
  • Experience running eCommerce promotions, ads and campaigns 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and CRM platforms 
  • Experience with design or creative software, preferred
