Paladin is on the search for an eCommerce Sales & Operation Managers.  This opportunity is with a consumer based telecom company focusing on family friendly technology device.  The product line scope is more unique ensuring to make their consumer base stays connect with communications technology while still keeping a healthy balance of family time.  The brand is making sure kids are getting a screen time overload.  

This role in particular will be charged revenue and profitability advancement in partnership with the retail outlets already established. In addition to performance monitoring the team will also ensure a healthy supply chain operating model is in practice.  Majority of the role will be Key Account Management with components in distribution expansion, sales forecasting and analyzing performance. This position in particular will also work Marketing teams and report to the Vice President of Marketing & Sales.  



Responsibility Overview 


-Maintain and develop business arrangement with existing online vendors, including marketing and promotional details. 

-Understand and manage eCommerce platforms like Shopify plus for retailers market place.

-Analyze and develop sales strategy for increased revenue and efficiency across current sales channel.  

-Collaborate with Marketing Team on promotional cadence and broadcast to eCommerce retails, this will also include training materials. 

-Cultivate new partnerships with distributors and business affiliates. 

-Track financial develops of product cycle, relay information to finance teams and be able to strategize in team setting for growth and development. 

-Manage and understand KPIs, track business daily, weekly, and monthly. 

-Monitor specific SKU performance and profitability in addition to returns by retail partners. 

-Understand selling through rate of production and ensure supply chain is in tandem. 



-5+ year working in supply chain, eCommerce platforms, and marketplaces

-Adeptness in eCommerce software platforms such as Shopify Plus, Magento, and Salesforce are critical to success. 

-Familiarity with analytic tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics. 

-Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issue. 

-Bachelor’s Degree Required. 

-Awareness of managing A/P and POs with key accounts in addition to return authorization. 

-Amazon channel experience with 1P and 3P (FBA/FBM) is critical.  

-B2C sales readiness in a growing brand.
