Paladin is hiring immediately for full time, Ecommerce Sales Manager position in the Milwaukee area for one of our product manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys being the “point person” for all thing’s ecommerce including operating processes and customer relationships, enjoys evolving and elevating online sales and creating groundbreaking digital initiatives. If you are a change agent, disruptor, innovator, customer-focused, competitor, collaborator, and focused on personal and professional growth, this role is for you!

Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Ecommerce/Omni sales or marketing experience. CPG or Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in an ecommerce environment is preferred.
  • Advanced digital and online environment work is preferred.
  •  Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and evolve the customer relationship with online and omnichannel sales customers.
  • Focus relationship and sales efforts on pricing, promotions, and product assortment strategies.
  • Manage and increase customer growth portfolio for online and omnichannel sales customers.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and senior leadership to create, plan, execute business and operations plans to drive sales and growth in market share.
  • Collaborate as a team expert and leader by working with key domestic and global stakeholders across the organization to plan and prioritize critical programs to increase growth.
  • Abilities and Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated customer management within and ecommerce channel.
  • Ability to you create annual plans and forecasts that incorporate Sales and Marketing insights.
  • Ability to solve complex situation and problems with little or missing information, often under time sensitive deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical skills.
  • Executional excellence including advanced organizational skills, communication and follow up, and ability to see assignments through to successful completion.
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional, calm demeanor when faced with challenges and willingness to work with stakeholders to develop solutions.
