E-Commerce Marketplace Growth Lead


Ajilon is supporting our client in Commerce Twp. and Royal Oak, MI. This client is a leader in consumer health, wellness, home environment, consumer electronics and lifestyle products.  This is a hybrid role of remote and on-site work. The key candidate will be responsible for expansion of business on third party marketplace platforms.



  • Takeover current expansion efforts on Walmart.com Marketplace and eBay.com for US expansion
  • Identify with MS&O Manager and E-commerce Director additional marketplaces for expansion and execute on that plan
  • Domestic and international marketplaces included in this list, excluding EMEA
  • Work cross functionally with FKA internal departments to ensure that all system, financial, and operational requirements are met to successfully transact on platforms, acting as project manager for these efforts
  • Scope out best practices for each platform and geography and deliver to Marketplace team a plan for executing on those practices along with guidelines
  • Review current catalog offering on marketplaces and identify opportunities for catalog expansion, working
  • Work with Financial and Inventory Analyst to develop daily/weekly reporting (where not already in place) that facilitates actionable data
  • Using this data, identify opportunities for growth and improvement on existing platforms at the item, category, and brand levels


  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in an Ecommerce sales or marketing role
  • 2+ years’ experience in Consumer Products industry
  • 2+ years’ experience implementing and working with marketplace platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others.
  • International marketplace experience a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, strong time management skills
  • Display initiative to remove obstacles
  • Problem solving, communication, and effective teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint software
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as necessary


  • Hardworking corporate culture; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, however, not a typical 8hr workday environment

  • $50-65k dependent on depth of experience and number of years working within e-commerce
