Paladin is recruiting for a Digital Sales Manager in the Greater LA area


Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Achieve revenue forecast and sales growth
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscape
  • Collaborate with external E-commerce sales team in order to develop e-commerce item level and sales forecasts
  • Will be responsible for developing a budget including advertising, discounts, samples, and promotions
  • Measure and analyze weekly performance metrics and adjust sales strategy in order to meet sales from channel and SKU level
  • Review and manage customer agreements and inform appropriate departments of any special pricing deals, payment terms, routing, etc.
  • Monitor and share weekly KPI’s to track key business metrics – forecast vs actual sales, inventory levels, YoY growth, promotions and advertising spend, current promotions, category sales, etc.
  • Handle the day-to-day operations with our e-commerce internal and external sales team including site maintenance, product content, inventory availability, pricing, strategic meetings, and promotional activities
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure all content (image and videos) meet e-commerce needs and are up to date on each website
  • Analyze performance metrics for the online marketplace and share feedback on overall performance by creating weekly reports
  • Work together with the Logistics and Warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled on-time, chargeback minimization, and ensure operation meets compliance metrics
  • Collaborate with product development team to understand the full product launch calendar and plan the e-commerce strategy for announcing new product campaigns
  • Identify risks as well as opportunities in revenue projections and important metrics using business trends
  • Manage product stock level strategy (with Inventory Planner) of core products, best sellers, an important product promotions (i.e. Way Day, Prime Day, etc)
  • Must have a high level of experience with the management and execution of marketing data analysis:
  • Analyze sales, spend, and RoAS weekly
  • Website traffic and conversion
  • Utilizing SEO optimization for customer retargeting
  • Site merchandising management of all brand stores and Amazon content
  • Travel to visit key accounts at their Headquarters or tradeshows for strategic meetings and to maintain tight business
  • Comp shops: Research and analyze competitor’ sales, advertising, pricing, and customer service. Strategize and develop plans to be ahead of them
  • Create sales plan strategy to meet or exceed growth targets and gross margin including developing a 1 and 3 year sales plan
  • Monitor ecommerce industry trends from promotions, content, competition, and pricing to identify product line gaps, enhance product content, and realign sales strategy
  • Meet all projects and deadlines are met and on-time
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Sales, Information Systems, Merchandising, or similar field
  • 3+ years of E-commerce sales experience
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, The Home Depot, Wayfair, etc
  • Experience with e-commerce data analytics
  • Amazon Advertising and sponsored ad campaign management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites: Excel, Outlook, PPT, and Word
  • Must be data driven; skilled at using data to inform decision making
  • Should be an energetic and diligent executor with a drive to take ownership and complete tasks through technical and process proficiency
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to make decisions, plan staffing, manage processes, manage budget expenses and analyze information
