Digital eCommerce Coordinator

Paladin is seeking Digital ECommerce Coordinator that will be responsible for monitoring sales platforms and email communications. This person will work cross functionally with multiple teams to ensure the site is up to date and accurate.

Job Duties Include:

  • General site maintenance and optimization of website layout, features, and functionality based on web analytics.
  • Manage and coordinate email calendar activity and business analysis
  • Acts in a Quality Assurance role and debug all digital properties. Ensures all properties are functional, pages are loading and links working on e-commerce sites.
  • Drive sale conversions through the optimization of marketing messages, promotions and CRM.
  • Assist with media asset coordination by working with internal creative team to gather and expand marketing assets banners, emails and media.
  • Design, build, test and schedule emails.
  • Day to day point person for sales regarding content/assets, proactively share updates to sales team and provide on page optimization suggestions
  • Meet KPIs for migrating email subscribers from “inactive” to “active”

Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 years’ experience in eCommerce
  • 2 years minimum in CPG and Amazon experience required
  • Experience managing Shopify or comparable platform experience


  • A working knowledge of digital, social media and retail platforms, procedures and production process
  • Strong analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Fast paced mentality with the ability to shift focus quickly and fluidly.
  • Detail oriented.
