At Paladin we’re working with an international membership association. They’re looking for a Web UX Manager to oversee daily enhancements, optimizations and measurement of the corporate website to improve user experience and meet goals. You’ll be tasked with leading the management of websites to build engagement with prospects and other audiences to deliver against business objectives.

 

You’ll have two direct reports and will be working with a diverse group of individuals to manage one of the largest communities, serving in a hands-on capacity to look for conversion rate optimization, lead generation or B2B business opportunities. There’s a small but, growing eCommerce component as well, so having any experience managing eCommerce websites would be a plus!

 

We’re looking for someone with the following:

  • 3-5 years of CRO (conversion rate optimization) experience
  • Well-versed with ON-SITE A/B testing and driving value through eCommerce funnel optimization
  • Google or Adobe Analytics experience is a must
  • Hands-on keyboard experience is required.
  • CMS content authoring is a must.

 

GEO: Chicago-Loop (in-office, remote only on an as-needed basis)

SALARY: Up to $95k + bonus depending on experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience working on lead generation websites (B2B preferred but, B2C is ok)
  • BS in Marketing, Communications or similar.
  • 3-5 years of CRO (conversion rate optimization) experience
  • Strong digital analytics using Omniture, Webtrends, Coremetrics, Google or similar).
  • Familiarity with testing roadmaps to enhance/test conversation rates.
  • WordPress and/or Drupal experience.
  • Ability to be a managing leader who can also be client-facing.

 

BONUS POINTS FOR THIS:

  • Any experience working in an accounts-based marketing organization.
  • Experience working/managing an eCommerce website.
  • SEO is a plus.
  • Leading development and content teams is a plus.
  • Project management experience using Jira, Monday.com or similar.
  • Experience with WordPress, Drupal or some other CMS.
  • Experience with web-site redesign is a plus.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the management of websites to build engagement with prospects and deliver against business goals/objectives.
  • Conduct user testing, A/B testing and other qualitative research.
  • Oversee web designs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage SEO implementation that drives traffic goals and performance.
  • Lead management of web enhancement requests.
  • Collaborate closely with Google Analytics 360 team and broader UX/IT teams to optimize tracking and communicating website and UX insights.
  • Create efficient processes and demonstrate effective project management.
  • Evangelize UX and conversion rate optimization throughout the organization.
