Paladin is working with a rapidly growing company that is looking to add a Web Content Manager to their marketing team. In this role, you’ll define and run web content strategy, ensuring that content organization and availability is effective to engage prospective and existing customers. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with auditing and organizing all changes on the website.

  • Define/execute against a web content marketing strategy that includes both top of funnel and mid-funnel content; website content may include: web pages, projects, whitepapers, infographics, etc.
  • Develop web digital content (copy, graphics, photos, infographics) that strengthen the story and enhances the overall online experience.
  • Maintain ownership of the quality and consistency of web content and structure within the CMS.
  • Write, edit, proof content postings across all digital channels.
  • Seek out internal stakeholders to source ideas, stories and collaborate with messaging across platforms.
  • Partner closely with product, brand and web teams for alignment.
  • Leverage metrics to make data-driven decisions about content.
  • Ensure communications are innovative and modernized by actively seeking new techniques and trends.
  • Partner with brand, media and social teams to share content, deliver consistent message and maintain brand alignment.
  • Test content and website tactics with proven techniques backed by data pulled using Google Analytics or other testing tools, and constantly monitor their performance.
  • Provide weekly analytics/insights to adjust strategy if needed.
  • Organize/execute changes and requests from multiple business owners.
  • Develop a web content strategy based on core business themes and objectives and willingness to present strategy to key stakeholders for buy-in/approval.
  • Serve as key point person for content/digital experience of other platforms with third party vendors to project manage production schedules and provide critical feedback.
  • Own the editorial calendar ad manage all approval processes.
  • Push the envelope to try new things on the web that align with core customers to drive key KPIs.
  • Be the key owner of content that is produced or updated on the web.


  • 2-5 years of experience in digital communications or digital marketing and content development.
  • 2-5 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS Office Suite, along with working knowledge of basic audio/video editing software.
  • Understanding of digital content marketing and digital content strategy best practices, including interactive content formats and SEO.
  • Proficiency using WordPress CMS 
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Able to work with teams cross-functionally AND cross-culturally.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
  • Basic understand of HTML.
  • Moderate to Expert in Google Analytics and data mining.
