Seeking a hands-on Vice President of Marketing for a leading IT/Software client in Los Angeles, CA. The VP of Marketing will be very hands-on and lead strategic marketing initiatives for all products/solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone to bring a vision and set goals to drive long-term success while managing the company's demand generation plans as well as digital campaigns, events, PR and more.



  • Boost brand awareness through digital marketing efforts including website traffic, social media, marketing automation and public relations
  • Use marketing automation software to qualify leads and monitor the sales flow
  • Develop marketing automation roadmap alongside the sales department to keep leads engaged and connected
  • Lead customer acquisition campaigns via display, SEM, social, affiliate, email, and mobile channels
  • Track and measure KPI and ROI analysis for all initiatives and recommend action plans for internal teams
  • Collaborate with product, business development, design and sales team to execute innovative acquisition campaigns
  • Provide guidance for marketing initiatives and campaigns that can support product as well as key marketing goals



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • 10-15+ years’ experience in digital marketing within the IT/Software industry
  • 8+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven record of success leading marketing initiatives and driving results through internal collaboration
  • Deep understanding and experience in CRM/marketing automation (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce), SEM, analytics
