Paladin is partnering with a manufacturing company in the healthcare space looking to add a talented SEO specialist to their team. In this role, you will help drive revenue by increasing both the quantity and quality of organic traffic and conversions.  The ideal candidate will have 2+ years dedicated SEO experience as well as an analytical mindset.   • Research, develop and implement SEO recommendations while communicating the expected impact to the internal team.
  • Identify technical SEO issues such as crawling, indexation and page speed. Recommend changes to improve SERP positions.
  • Determine appropriate keyword targets for on-page elements such as page titles, meta descriptions, page headings and HTML heading structure.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to ensure that revenue goals are met through traffic, conversions, and other SEO objectives.
  • Conduct campaign-based optimizations to help drive organic targeting.
  • Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ professional experience with ranking factors, signal analysis, clickstream data, acquisition, conversion, and competitive analysis.
  • Track record of technical site optimization and experience with A/B testing.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SEO tools such as SEMRush, Google Keyword, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
