An SEO Manager job is now available through Paladin with one of our clients located in the Phoenix, AZ area. As the SEO Manager you would be responsible for growing and managing the company’s organic efforts and a positive ROI. The SEO Manager will work closely with marketing and creative teams in translating traditional copy into engaging and interactive content across blogs, social media, websites, landing pages, etc. Strong analytical, strategic and critical skills such as problem-solving and creative thinking are an absolute must to be successful in this SEO Manager role.

Additional responsibilities and requirements for the SEO Manager include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with search engine optimization.
  • Expert skills with Google Analytics, Sheets, Search Console, Tag Manager and Ad Manager certification is a plus!
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel: Pivot tables, charts and advanced functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a superior work ethic and passion for continued professional development.  
  • Report on keyword performance, competitive analysis, the share of voice, backlinks, page load speed and provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze and make recommendations on elements that impact a website’s ranking including a site’s URL structure, 301-redirect strategy, HTML sitemap, robots.txt file, etc
  • Keep up to date on current industry and SEO strategies.
  • Present weekly, monthly and quarterly results to senior leadership.
  • Confidence in pitching ideas and reasoning for certain decisions
