We are working with a thriving B2B SaaS organization to recruit a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join their fully remote team. As the newest member of their robust digital team, you will join the team in the midst of several exciting new software upgrades. The bulk of this role is focused on technical expertise, leveraging their current internal marketing tech stack and optimizing the relationships between internal marketing and sales tools. You will help drive their Salesforce implementation, with a focus on connectivity with integrated marketing technology, and building best practices and dashboards to optimize their go-live strategy. You will serve as the marketing technology and data expert, so you should bring 5+ years of marketing operations and automation experience, with a sizeable list of marketing technology skills. You should be a strategic partner to leadership teams, ready to guide and drive growth through these marketing technology channels.

This is a permanent, 100% remote opportunity with a large preference with candidates based in EST (though we're open to talking to any US-based, qualified candidate open to unique schedule). Salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on relevant experience level. You will:

  • Leverage marketing technology to enable sales and digital marketing teams focused on diversifying and optimizing lead and demand generation activities
  • Own marketing tech stack, including optimizing current technology and identifying opportunities for new systems or upgrades
  • Work to create cohesion between marketing and sales technology, leveraging Salesforce and other systems to create a connected, seamless marketing tech stack
  • Use business insights and analytics tools to analyze cross-functional campaign successes and opportunities
  • Provide feedback and insights to cross-functional teams and company leaders to inform strategy
  • You are a fit if you bring:

  • 5+ years of marketing operations and/or marketing automation experience with an analytical edge
  • Passion for MarTech optimization and integration with experience in this space
  • Experience in and in-depth understanding of the B2B SaaS business model
  • Extremely robust marketing technology skills, including Salesforce expertise, marketing automation skills (Marketo, Pardot or similar), CMS prowess and experience with analytical tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (master's preferred)
