We are excited to share a great opportunity for one of Paladin’s long-standing Fortune 100 client. They have an immediate need for a B2B Senior Marketing Manager for a long term, remote, contract opportunity. This position requires strong business-to-business marketing experience in the professional services or IT services marketplace.
This position oversees marketing for early stage deal support for mega deals (deals >$100M) and strategic sales campaigns in North America. As the marketing partner to Client Market Maker sales organization, the role encompasses a mix of Pursuit Based Marketing as well as the planning and execution of priority sales campaigns, which includes the creation of strategic sales materials and assets to support campaigns and enable the sales organization. With a cross-industry, cross-service remit, this person acts as the interlock across Marketing+Communications ensuring continuity and seamless delivery of this Fortune 100’s services and must ensure marketing is engaged as early as possible in the sales cycle to guarantee we deliver on the promise of One Client.
Responsibilities include creating the strategy and determining the marketing components, within a defined framework, to differentiate Client and increase win rates, working to established performance metrics.
The individual is responsible for leading an integrated team to deliver a marketing strategy which includes differentiating messaging and likely disruptive creative that inspire communication materials to be used through the full lifecycle of the deal. There will always be a focus on helping to shape the value story within the deal.
In addition, ownership of data and insights for deals is key to driving continuous improvement. This includes collaboration with research, client insight, competitive intelligence, internal and external sales support partners, and sales teams to differentiate through marketing strategies designed to win work. The role helps their team apply best practices and frameworks to drive the best outcomes for deals in North America.
The individual in this role must be a self-starter with strong executive presence and able to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment at all levels of the organization. They must possess deep business acumen and be comfortable coaching business teams on high touch, high value marketing activities and plans
